Linda & I bought our Spanish property in 1998 after making various inspection trips to Spain,we contacted Jim & Madeleine through an advertisement we saw in a property paper,we rang and arranged an inspection trip.On arrival at the airport Jim was there to introduce himself and take us back to our accommodation.
The following morning he picked us up to show us the area & some propertys,before we set off Jim asked what our budget was & i can say he never showed any property exceeding our budget nor did he try to push the budget further.
We eventually decided on an apartment in El Sueno,Jim & Madeleine attended to all the paperwork,utilities
and dealt with the builders to ensure the sale went through smoothly,they also helped with opening bank accounts etc.
After nearly 10 years Jim & Madeleine are still looking after our property and are there with offers of help if required.

Like me, you’ve probably been thinking along time about buying a property abroad but not quite sure how to go about it. I had been discussing with my friend for along time about wanting to own a second home in a foreign country. A few weeks later Jim arranged our inspection trip, we flew out to Spain and viewed several properties and explored several areas of the Costa Blanca before deciding which property was right for us. Jim & Madeline made the process of buying property very simple. All legal documents were drawn up, bank accounts opened, notary appointments organised and before we knew it was time to return home.
A few weeks later we returned back to Spain, to complete the purchase, once again Jim & Madeline had organised everything ensuring all appointments went smoothly and with no complications.
For some people you may expect the care to stop once you have purchased the property but the after-sales service still continued with the same outstanding service that we had always received. Even now 8 months after purchasing a property we can still rely on Jim & Madeline’s assistance, that’s the beauty of buying with them, they will always offer help and assistance when you call on them.
