You charge £75
for this franchise, isn't that a little cheap when other companies
charge thousands for a franchise? |

We don't want to make money from selling
you the subscription to our operation. We charge a nominal fee
to prevent time wasters applying, we refund the subscription with
your first completed sale. The reasons for this is that we only
make money from completed sales, that's where our commission is,
so that's why we pass it on to you.
£75 is our special offer price, reduced from our £125
standard, for May, June and July. |

How do we know you're genuine? |

Well, you don't. BUT, we are an officially
registered Spanish business, and as part of your sign up deal,
we invite you over to meet us and visit our offices, so that you
can see we are real. |

We charge you a fee to sign up to ensure
that you are committed to the project. We will only be successful
if you are successful, so we don't want time wasters who think
this is an easy way to make money. |

No, it is NOT compulsory, however we strongly
recommend that you do, as you get to meet us, receive the training
to help you succeed, and get to view and visit the properties

Maybe! If you put in the effort to generate
the leads then you really can make this work. If you think that
you can just pay your £75 and the money will come to you,
then we're sorry, but it won't! |

When do I get my money? |

We get our commission from the builders,
once the clients 50% payment has cleared in their bank. You will
get your payment immediately when we get ours. |

How do I get paid? |

We can either pay direct into your bank account
by wire transfer, or via PayPal. Both are subject to charges,
but PayPal is our preference as it is quick and secure. |

this? |

We don't know? Maybe greed? Perhaps they
don't want to share their commission? Our policy is to increase
our sales base in the UK and share our commission to ANYBODY who
puts in the effort.

is why we need you. Together, we will be on a path of growth,

Are there any additional costs? |

That's up to you. We charge you the £75
registration, which we refund upon your first completed sale.
Things like the business cards are free, but you have to pay postage,
IF you want them. But the rest is up to you. If you want to take
a full page advert in a Sunday newspaper, that's up to you. If
you want to print flyers off on your own computer and put them
through letter boxes, that's up to you. You only pay us for registration,
it is then up to you what you spend. |

Will I have to pay tax? |

That depends on your personal situation.
If you are a registered company, your situation will be different
than if you are working full time and using this as additional
income. In conjunction with our accountants, we will advise you
on a personal basis as to what you will be subject to.
We know that tax may be a scary issue for you, but we will help
and advise you all the way, so don't worry. |

Do I need internet knowledge? |

No, not at all. We do all the updates to
the website when we get new properties or when a group are sold
out, so there is nothing for you to do on the site. |

How long does it take to set up? |

Once you apply, you should be up and running
in about 2 to 3 days, this time is just whilst we set up your
graphics, logos and telephone numbers etc. |

Not at all. You need to be focused, proactive
and willing to commit to the project, but that's all. Of course
sales training might help, but we will give you full training
when you come and visit us, and we will be there to help you all

Well, basically, ALL sorts of people! So
buy as an investment, putting their pension payments to better
use than investing in a pension plan in an increasingly worrying
field. Some buy with a view to make money renting their property
out. Some people buy so that they can retire to the sun. Some
buy to start a new life in a country where the cost of living
is considerably lower than the U.K. We will give you lots more
reasons why people buy during your training seminar, as we realise
that this will help you target your market. |

What sort of leisure activities are in the area? |

You name it, we've probably got it! We are
surrounded by some of the best golf courses in the world. The
La Manga resort (famous for football training) is right on our
doorstep. We have the internationally renowned theme park of Terra
Mitica just around the corner, the wildlife park of Terra Natura,
countless waterparks and that's all before we've even touched
on the health of the climate brought about by the salt lakes.
In June, the famous rock group R.E.M. Played Torrevieja, we had
Simple Minds, Simply Red and more lined up for the future.
We have a Pacha nightclub, go karting, water sports, groups for
the elderly and groups for the young, so whatever you're interested
in, we've probably got it. |
